Bakehouse_three_nine are a small team, a family business made up of Scott Shepherd and Hannah Levey who formed Shepherd and Levey Ltd in 2020. they have spent six years planning and honing their skills in the food service industry; with the intention of bringing fine dining to your home table at an affordable price. the decision was made that the starting point for the journey should be where food service arguably began…bread; along with patisserie the plan is to continue to bring more diverse ranges to your family table in the future. we would love you to join us as we push forward to the future of fine dining in your home.

Hannah has worked in restaurants in many destinations, Southern Spain to South Milford . she was recognised by her customers as someone they loved to be around. all testament to the 12 years spent in the service industry; from beauty therapy to food services and hospitality. in turn Hannah gained an immense passion for delivering happiness and a memorable experience. notably Hannah has also procured a massive interest in ingredients and their provenance and this is what has carried her focus into bringing the best cuisine directly to you at home. when placing or receiving your order it is Hannah who will be guiding and delivering your experience!

Scott is our self taught chef. with a total of 15 years in the service industry he has spent the last 7 years working at many destinations. from La Cala de Mijas on the southern Spanish coast at the celebrity restaurant Olivia's, to grand settings such as Wynyard Hall. an always ambitious chef Scott gained his first head chef role after only two years in professional kitchens, his end goal throughout has been to bring his food directly to your table. Scott’s beliefs in regards to food are it must be pure, honest and worth its value.
